This 1996 Impreza WRX is number 967 of 1000 V-Limited editions made and finished in Worl Rally Blue with a Gray Cloth interior. The V-Limited was to commemorate Subaru’s success in rally having won the FIA World Rally Manufacturer’s Championship in 1995. The commemorative patches are present on the front seats as well as a rear badge, which is included in the sale but not currently on the car. The car features a 2-liter EJ20 turbocharged inline 4 with a 5-speed manual transmission. The car also shows 140,000 kilometers on the odometer and comes with recent service records that include, a new water pump, timing belt, and oil change.

The mid-90s were definitely good for the Subarus rally team having won the manufacturer’s championship in 1995. You really don’t see too many V-Limited as there were only 1000 made. This one is in fantastic condition as well and a lot of the big service items have just been done making this car even more enticing. These GC8 WRXs are so much fun to drive due to the all-wheel drive system and nearly 250hp in a lightweight package.
